oleandergirl @lilaccrane Sorry for the delay in responding. This skirt measures 15” at the waist while flat and is quite stretchy. The hip measurement is difficult because it stretches due to the pleats and will accommodate a curvy figure if needed. I hope this is helpful.

oleandergirl @lilaccrane This is quite stretchy so it could accommodate a large to probably a small 12. The pleats give it a lot of give. I hope this is helpful. 😀
