cazimirouge @coreyjess as it says in the description it is *PINNED* on a standard 2-4 size dress form. Pinning it in the back makes it fit the dress form- otherwise it would fall off. It’s still a size 14.

cazimirouge @mikiemoo ....my mom is going through chemo right now so forgive us for not being able to provide every measurement everyone asks for. I will try and get to it when I can return to her home. I can tell you she is an Apple shape. Measuring at the hip is going to be difficult considering the hip is free and it is an A-line skirt
