Anthropologie Pleated Dress

Purpley Blue dress that is about knee length (longer than your average mini dress) and has beautiful pleating and ties on the sides Says Petite sizing but I’m 5’5” and it goes to right above my knees. I usually buy regular sized clothing and this doesn’t fit any different than a regular small really great quality, I only wore it once
