Anthropologie Plenty by Tracy Reese skirt Sz 4 Sz 10

This is a classic anthro piece. It is marked as a size 10 BUT the waist measures 13.5 inches and that is closer to a size 4. I also own this skirt in a size 6 and the waist is bigger on the sz 6 than the sz 10 listed here. Excellent condition. I never wore it. Reposhing this item I purchased from @kiminavl.
