Anthropologie -Porridge Tie Neck Sleeveless Blouse

Porridge brand sleeveless blouse from Anthropologie Gorgeous bird print in navy, green, orange and white. Pretty ruffle neckline with ties that can be worn in a bow or loose. Ruffle detail repeats at arm openings. This blouse looks so sweet with denim or it's great for work. I love this blouse, but had a growth spurt :) and need to give it up. Excellent condition.
