Flowing colorful Anthropologie dress which can be left flowing or belted, HD Paris brand. Size 10 - Measurements- 24 inches across under arms, 30 inches across as it flows to the bottom. The slip underneath measures 23 inches across at the bottom. It's 35 inches long starting at the shoulders. Fabric and cleaning instructions in photos. Only worn once, in excellent condition except beading on back in one area coming loose, captured in last photo.
