Anthropologie RO & DE Navy Floral Tunic Top

Navy blue short sleeve floral tunic top with tie waist. In excellent condition, but has slight pull right at waist in front-see picture. Isn’t noticeable/visible when tied. Size small, but can easily fit a medium in my opinion. 21” from pit to pit, 25” long.
