never worn Ranna Gill from anthropologie dress. this is a drapped short sleeve dress, tied waist, and gathered/drapped in the back. Knee length, slight flare (not fitted) bottom, that ties at the waist. Beautiful tropical print with vivid blues, pinks and greens. Happy to answer any questions!
