Is the gold finish fading towards the sides and back? I can’t tell from the setting on that beautiful rug!!

@dleafarley hello - I added some additional photos. I really don’t see tarnishing - I used a polishing cloth and it seemed to brighten in color. There are minor scratches in the back of the band but I don’t think it would be really noticeable when worn. Hope that helps.
