Anthropologie Rouen Floral Smocked Blouse

This beautiful romantic top is both comfortable and flattering. It’s a mesh material but the smocked, stretchy middle allows it to maintain its shape. I have a 32G chest and the small fit great due to the smocking. It has sheer blouson sleeves, pullover styling, smocked cuffs, can be worn on or off the shoulder. 90% sheer polyester, 10% elastane. Barely used and in excellent condition.
