Fabric is very shiny shimmery, almost a “wet” metallic look Size xS- see photos for waist measurement- has no elastic/stretch Very good used condition- no known holes, I remember there being 1 very small stain when I bought it but I can’t find it now for the life of me so we’ll say 1 very small not/noticeable stain, 1 teeny tiny Knick shown in photo (pinpoint size).
