Ruched wide leg poplin pants by Anthropologie. Drawstring (only tightens the pants very slightly) and elastic waistband. These have a shorter inseam and run more like a mid to low rise. But they are extremely comfortable and lightweight! Only wore them a couple times but they were running a bit large and kept falling down! Kind of a darker blue-gray/charcoal color
