Anthropologie Ruffled Tiered Midi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kristi5352. I’m very sad to say, it’s too big for me. Worn once by previous posher. 23” bust, which turned out to be way too big for me (a 38C. 43” at apex) the elastic high waist 18.5”, stretches quite a bit. My hips are 48” and that part of the dress looked great. Basically, you just need big boobs and this is a beautiful dress. Feels like butter.
