Anthropologie Ruffled Top

Beautifully fun top from Anthro! There are several pleats sewn into the banding and the hem is folded, so you always get really nice draping. The fabric is double layered, giving it a heavier weight perfect for layering with cardigans or a blazer for the colder months.
