Anthropologie Ruth fit flare skirt cotton twill suede appliques 4

I purchased this skirt at Anthropologie in Union Square, San Francisco in the 1990s. Vintage! High-waisted, fit and flare -- kind of a tulip silhouette. It's made of navy blue mid weight cotton twill, with navy blue suede floral appliqués. Side zip. In excellent condition.
