Highwaisted Sailor Pant - lightweight cotton with tiny bit stretch. Perfect for warm climates. Spring, summer pant. Not heavy denim. Waist is 14.25 across front; and inseam is 26.5; made in phillpillines, but says 'made for EU' and London so must have been designed there, that's why they are so cute! 50% cotton; 25% modal; 10% silk; 1% elastine.
