Anthropologie Sequin Red Skirt Sz Small

Beautiful sequin pencil skirt. I am so sad to be selling this, but I needed to admit to myself it was too small and needs a good home. I bought this at a high end boutique in Korea. Tag says medium but fits much more like a small/xs. I'm usually a size 4 and it's just a bit too tight in the hips. The waistband does have stretch. There is a shorter liner and then another layer of white tulle. See photos for measurements! Excellent condition, never actually wore it so brand new!
