New With Tags Size 8 This fun midi skirt by Anthropologie is covered in shiny silver fringe that look like feathers all together. The pencil skirt has a hidden side zipper closure. It is fully lined. *** MUST KNOW: The fringe goes whichever way it chooses which I think makes it look more feather-like but I do not think they will ever lay in a straight pattern. I have priced this low because the fringe falls off easily & I know a few have fallen off of the skirt with more to follow. It is hard to tell because of the wildness of the fringe.
