Anthropologie Smocked Cami Tie Shoulder Blue Top

I purchased this gorgeous top at Anthropologie in a size Medium. Only worn twice. The smocked design stretches to accommodate a size medium/large. It measures 14 inches long and 14 inches wide when lying flat (see photos). The straps are adjustable by tying and untying them. So cute!
