Black velvet v-neck maxi dress, A-line silhouette, flutter short sleeve, smocked waist, tiered skirt. Pullover style, with pockets. NWT, retails for $180 pit to pit 20 in length 55 in Minor flaw: the loop to attach the clip on the v-neck fell off, but it shouldn't be difficult to sew a new one on (see last pic)
