Elastic waist with pockets. Skirt has a decent amount of stretch. Slight flare but it's more of a pencil fit. Just above knee length.

@tillysapparel no. It's a medium weight though with a very slight flare, so there's no sticking to tights. I usually wrote it with tights with no issue.
