New With Tags Size Medium (Runs Small) This beautiful well made skirt has a lovely retro floral pattern. The 100% cotton skirt has a tiered ruffled silhouette. It is a midi length. There is a cloth covered button & zipper closure. *This skirt runs small. It is a size medium but my dress form is a true size small & it fit it with no wiggle room.
