Anthropologie Striped strapless dress!

Off white Strapless dress with natural brushstroke stripes in olive; silk and rayon blend; lined; SKIRT HAS POCKETS; full skirt; high waistline just below bust. Dress Originally came with removable straps but only one strap remains. I used the one strap and wore it halter style at times, but truthfully I hardly ever used the straps ... which is why one went missing! Size 4: bust 14” across but smocking at back gives it a lot of give. Will fit 32-34” band width! Beautifully made, great quality!
