Anthropologie Summer Blouse

Summer white cotton blouse by hem & thread. The neckline reminds me of a wrap top, but it is all one piece. There is a drawstring tie at the hips. It is half or 3/4 sleeve that is cinched at the end and at the top of the sleeve. It is a lightweight cotton with vertical holes that make stripes and lace ribbons around the sides.
