Anthropologie Summer Dress with embroidery

This dress has been worn several times, but has no noticeable wear. The chest area has some stretch to it. It does run small. I'm usually a 6, but this dress barely fits me in the chest (I'm a 34F). I love the navy embroidery on the pale blue and white stripe. It's an empire waist. I'm 5'9" and it is close to knee length on me. Light-weight and easy to wear, it's a beautiful summer dress, and I highly recommend it.
