So 30” from shoulder to hem? What is bust?

@chacomom Yes, 30" is from shoulder to the lowest point of the hem. The armpit to armpit is roughly 15". However, since it's stretchable, it fits loosely if you fit in most of Anthro's clothes in XS, just like how it's on the model.
