Little red pom poms dangle playfully from the short sleeves and along the legs of the shorts. Large elastic waistband has drawstring with tassels to adjust fit to you. Neckline is a smocked boatneck style so you can wear it up or down on your shoulders. Dolman sleeves. Shorts are lined and there are two slash pockets.
