This beautiful 100% silk blouse is from Anthropologie, brand Tanvi Kadia. It's a size medium with a full button back. All buttons still attached. It has beaded details all over the shirt (see photos). Because it's all silk, it's not fully opaque, but the patterning and color are pretty concealing. Undershirt would be optional/personal perference in my opinion. It hangs beautifully.
