Excellent condition, tiered, LINED, embellished, pull on beaded/embroidered and smocked waist pull on maxi skirt! Rodeo, Cowgirl, western, BOHO, Bohemian, Southwestern, tribal, Aztec vibes!!! There is one flaw at the bottom hem of the skirt as seen in the last two pictures. This is hardly noticeable in my opinion as the skirt is flowing, and it lies to the side at the very bottom of the hem. Material is cotton and viscose and is machine washable!  Smoke free home!
