New With Tags Size Medium This gorgeous teal midi dress by Anthropologie has tiered pleated ruffles in a retro flapper style. The long dress has spaghetti straps (one of the straps is fraying a little at the back seam). The beautiful dress is fully lined & covered in embroidered rectangles. This is a perfect dress for a special occasion & it would look as lovely as it is comfortable. FLAW: The embroidered edges of the rectangles are raw & many have strings at the ends of them.
