Anthropologie Tracy Reese blue dress

A twirly dream of a dress! The skirt is so soft and hangs beautifully. Colors are rich and striking. The sleeves are tonal - and may be pleather instead of genuine leather. Purchased at Anthropologie. Sizing note: this dress is size 4 but fits to a size 6. Please note that the bust is small. It would not fit someone over a size 34 B or C cup. There is some discoloration on the lining of the dress but cannot be seen when worn. Price lowered accordingly.
