Hi Grace! Apologies for the delay in responding. I believe so, I tend to be more of an 8 than a 6 and bought this at a point when I had lost some weight and ever since it was always just a little too tight for comfort which is why I've never worn it. I would measure other dresses you have just below the bust and see if 15" across would fit you comfortably. Let me know if you have any other questions!
