Anthropologie Two by Whit polka dot party dress

Two by whit polka dot party dress, size 0. Black with metallic gold polka dots, beautiful bow detail on the chest/collar, flared skirt, interior lining. Never worn, but no tags attached. I had to get the next size up, but didn’t get this one returned in time.
