Beautiful teal blue soft velvet top. Smocked bodice and puff sleeve. Gorgeous and great with a leather pant. Sounds silly but I never ended up wearing because I have the shortest torso in the world and this hit way past where my pants started on my hip and just didn’t work on me personally no matter how bad I wanted it to. 🤷🏼‍♀️ lovely top and will be gorgeous on others.
