New condition without tags. I bought this final sale and unfortunately the extra small fits very small – like a size 0 to 2. I am a size 4-6 in jackets and this is too tight overall especially in arms. Armpit to armpit – lying flat, zipped up, one side is 17 inches (34 inches around.) Shoulder to shoulder is 16 inches.
