Anthropologie Weston Carolina striped dress

Such a pretty dress! Although it's a size 8, this dress seems to run smaller and fits more like a size 6 (my usual size). Worn twice and still in great condition, but there are a few tiny discolored splotches on the bottom left hem (see photos).
