Very gently worn with no flaws to note. Material is stretchy so there is some give beyond measurements provided. Slightly ruched at waist. There is a high slit at the skirt but it has been sewn together in parts to prevent gaping. Can easily be undone by snipping off threads. Skirt is high-low style.
