Anthropologie Westin Wear dress Black crochet style overlay with a white and blue striped slip with adjustable straps. Size medium Side zipper on the black overlay Short sleeves. The overlay has two functional fabric button hooks on each shoulder to keep the slip in place. So cute. It no longer fits me unfortunately. Approximate measurements 16 inches PTP 34 inches shoulder to hem This was much beloved by me. It is freshly laundered and in good shape with lots of life left. Signs of wear showing under the arms as depicted in the photos.
