Anthropologie White blouse with polka dot detail

Soft white lace up front blouse with polka dot detail. Has brown spots on the inside where the store hangers somehow rubbed off on it and a small spot on the lacing in front. Unsure of the permanence as I’ve never worn it since buying it and I’ve never washed it (didn’t even notice the spot in the front until I was taking pictures to sell and the inside marks didn’t bother me as they aren’t visible while being worn
