This is an adorable embroidered pencil skirt from the brand Yoana Baraschi as sold in Anthropologie with a boho / bohemian style. It's a tulle-style skirt with a sheer lining, so it is see-through. It has a zipper on the side hip but the waistband is also elastic for extra comfort.
