Anthropologie black and white cocktail dress.

Brand new condition, black and white dress purchased in Anthropologie. Size 2, but runs big (would probably fit a size 4). There is tool underneath to add volume to the skirt (as pictured). The dress comes with a pink ribbon but can be worn with various belts based on style preferences. Lots of space in the chest area for a large bust.
