Reposhing this item I purchased from @ferris3556. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
Beautiful pink underskirt that shows when you twirl. Removable halter to make it strapless and zips up the back. As worn by Taylor Swift (not this actual dress ;)! Machine washable on delicate and hang dry.

@pari_v sorry for the late reply. The top has some stretch especially since it can be strapless. The top fit well when I was a 32C. I am not sure about the waist. I have had a baby since then, so…not sure now. Sorry, hope this helps a bit.
