Anthropologie black velvet floral dress

This can be worn off shoulder, I cut the tag so I don’t know the brand (maybe Maeve or elevenses) it’s about a size 8-10, could prob fit a 12, back is low as front, stretchy and soft. Beautiful soft shimmery velveteen, never been worn. Super comfy when I tried it on. I had big plans for this dress. Would fit someone with larger bust. Good for winter. Sleeves are long, ever so slightly puffed shoulders but that’s a coincidence - not by design.
