Anthropologie blue and cream jersey knit dress

This is a super soft Blue and cream print dress from Anthropologie. It has ruched short sleeves, a lining in the skirt, and even has pockets! It's a size xs, but since it's stretchy, I would say it's probably a 0 to 2. I'm not sure what brand it is, there is just a bird on the tag and says made in San Francisco. I wore this once for a wedding, otherwise it is in like new condition
