Velvet by Graham & Spencer blue dress with tie on the hip. Purchased through Anthropologie. T-shirt dress with comfortable fit. Very flattering. Can be dressed up or down. Small pilling under arm but otherwise in good condition. Beautiful blue color. Size medium. Shoulders 17. Bust is 21. Length is 37 so it sits at the knees.
