Anthropologie blue floral dress size 0 NWT

A dress by Moulinette Soeurs from Antropologie with an all over blue and white floral print. The dress is fitted on top with a bit of flare in the skirt. Fully-lined and has pockets! New, with tags. I originally bought this dress for myself on sale but never had the right occasion for it. Feels high quality because the shell is a bit thicker and the flowers have a little texture.
