This Anthropologie dress is beautifully embroidered, it has belt loops, but I never wore the belt with it so it’s long lost, comes without a belt. Has rollup sleeves that button tab and buttons all the way down the front the back has flounces to give it nice movement. It’s 21 inches pit to pit and 40 inches long
