This beautiful dress from Anthropologie has never been worn. Has a black v neck slip beneath a sheer overlay with black floral appliqué. The bottom of this dress has pleats and a rope belt is included. The sleeves are 3/4 length. I’m 5’5” and this hits right above the knee.
