Anthropologie dress in bold red white and blue.

This is a beautifully made, lined, strapless dress (with optional adjustable spaghetti straps in a sweet little pouch) The photo of me was taken in 2009, so I reckon I purchased it between 2006-2009. it has the universally flattering empire waist with an under-bust band. It features a side zip, pockets, clean and modern pleating, and a elasticated smocking at the back for wearing ease. It is a size 0, but it fits my size 4 dress form nicely.
