Anthropologie dress or beach coverup size XS

Gorgeous lightweight cotton dress by Anthropologie. Sold as a beach coverup but I wore it as a dress. Black with brightly colored floral print. Ruffles around smocked chest and shoulders, long sleeves with elastic wrists, buttons all the way down, and comes with a black braided tie belt.
